  • Junior Systems Implementation Consultant in São Paulo
  • The candidate must reside in São Paulo (city) as occasional in-person visits to client sites in the capital may be required.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing HR systems (e.g., TOTVS, Sênior, or similar)
  • Knowledge of payroll, labor legislation, and union rules
  • Experience in process analysis and defining business rules
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly when interacting with clients
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SQL
