Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner Coordinator builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners and vendors to maximize the value of their programs
  • This role supports revenue growth by coordinating partner engagement
  • Ensuring program requirements and agreements are current
  • Driving efficient MDF planning, execution, and claims to deliver measurable ROI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Develop OEM Partner Relationships with a set number of partners and vendors
  • Advocate the OEM partner solutions to sales
  • Manage onsite visits with partners
  • Maintain a regular cadence with partners monthly or quarterly
  • Document the current tiering level of each OEM partner assigned
  • Determine what is needed to maintain and/or move to the next level
  • Work with the certification team to identify certifications required and key deadlines
  • Request signed agreements between iT1 and partners to determine if they are current or when due for renewal
  • Manage MDF for assigned OEM partners
  • Understand these programs and the parameters
  • Identify new opportunities for MDF by leading with value proposition of our Partner activities
  • Lead with value and find activities to impact ROI
  • Sell and support activities
  • Gather POP and ROI post-activity for claiming
  • Grow MDF revenue through key programs and successful ROI
  • Efficient claiming process to maintain a net 45 payment from date of activity
  • 1 year of vendor or partner experience
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for managing and completing tasks
  • Demonstrated experience with time management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written, and verbal
  • Excellent organization, and multitasking skills
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Monday.com or similar work management systems
