About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, focusing on sourcing and attracting passive sales talent
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines
- Ensure sales positions are filled efficiently with the right talent
- Manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred
- Professional, collaborative, and candidate‑focused approach
