About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, focusing on sourcing and attracting passive sales talent
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred
  • Professional, collaborative, and candidate‑focused approach
