Account Executive (Mid-level)
IT UniverseAccount Executive at IT Universe responsible for business growth and lead generation. Collaborating with diverse teams and applying strategic plans for success in the IT industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaboration: working in diverse teams and with people from different specialties to achieve a single goal, always focusing on what’s best for our business in the long term;
- Work across all stages of the sales funnel;
- Implement the strategic plan for growth;
- Identify and deliver opportunities to drive customer base growth;
- Develop initiatives to intensify lead generation;
- Receive and organize marketing leads;
- Research leads;
- Investigate lead characteristics and identify their needs;
- Confirm whether the lead has potential to become a client;
- Drive lead engagement through follow-ups;
- Act as both hunter and farmer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business experience: Familiarity with all or some key Technology areas. Knowledge of IT Services (Service Desk, Field Service, NOC, SOC, and Mission-Critical Projects);
- Marketing: Experience with channels and methodologies for customer acquisition and retention, understanding the associated costs and their relationship to the value generated;
- Business Development: Understand digital assets that can be sold to partners and their pricing; strong presentation skills. Knowledge of RFPs, RFIs, and requests for price quotations;
- Agile Methodologies: Know agile principles and the various methodologies based on them, and how to apply them in different contexts to optimize value delivery;
- Prioritization: Able to structure, develop, and follow a prioritization that focuses on high-impact opportunities; provide IT Universe leadership with a clear view of priorities;
- Decision factors should consider business impact, whether short- or long-term;
- Comfortable leading meetings with senior management and executives to present and close customized, high-level solutions (IT boutique).
