Requirements

  • ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years
  • Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3+ years
  • CMDB & ITSM Master Data Management (MDM)
  • IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance)
  • CSM module (customer workflows)
  • Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams)
