About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts (status calls, follow-ups, action tracking).
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients, with escalation support from a Senior DM.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
  • Participate in client discussions related to scope changes, extensions, and delivery topics, with senior stakeholder support.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants assigned to owned accounts.
  • Monitor engagement, performance, and delivery quality.
  • Provide structured feedback and support development discussions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned resources.
  • Escalate complex people-related topics to the Senior DM or HR when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Share structured feedback from consultants and clients with internal stakeholders.
  • Support retention and team stability initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services
  • Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
  • Hands-on exposure to: Client communication & status calls
  • Escalation handling
  • Performance follow-up or people coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with guidance
  • Ownership mindset with openness to learning
  • Strong organization and prioritization
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
