About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts (status calls, follow-ups, action tracking).
- Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients, with escalation support from a Senior DM.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
- Participate in client discussions related to scope changes, extensions, and delivery topics, with senior stakeholder support.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants assigned to owned accounts.
- Monitor engagement, performance, and delivery quality.
- Provide structured feedback and support development discussions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned resources.
- Escalate complex people-related topics to the Senior DM or HR when needed.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Share structured feedback from consultants and clients with internal stakeholders.
- Support retention and team stability initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services
- Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
- Hands-on exposure to: Client communication & status calls
- Escalation handling
- Performance follow-up or people coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with guidance
- Ownership mindset with openness to learning
- Strong organization and prioritization
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
