About the role
- The Strategy and Change Management Analyst will be responsible for facilitating changes to operating procedures, processes, guidebooks and training artifacts in response to changes in processes and systems.
- Engage with the client working within audit readiness programs to understand emerging changes that will impact existing documentation within the organization.
- Analyze requirements and evolve them into processes and procedures; develop BPMN or LSS process definitions.
- Coordinate work products to gather comments, feedback and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
- Develop training artifacts and update guidebooks and documentation to support DoD financial operations and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Experience working in a DoD environment delivering strategic change management
- Strong financial operations and audit readiness background
- Experience developing processes using BPMN, LSS or other process definition models and approaches
- Experience coordinating work products to gain comments, feedback and then approval
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Experience with OMB A-123, GRC, and compliance requirements
- Ability to take requirements and evolve them into processes and procedures
- Experience developing training artifacts
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Six years of experience in a DoD financial operations office
- Secret clearance
