About the role

  • The Strategy and Change Management Analyst will be responsible for facilitating changes to operating procedures, processes, guidebooks and training artifacts in response to changes in processes and systems.
  • Engage with the client working within audit readiness programs to understand emerging changes that will impact existing documentation within the organization.
  • Analyze requirements and evolve them into processes and procedures; develop BPMN or LSS process definitions.
  • Coordinate work products to gather comments, feedback and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
  • Develop training artifacts and update guidebooks and documentation to support DoD financial operations and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a DoD environment delivering strategic change management
  • Strong financial operations and audit readiness background
  • Experience developing processes using BPMN, LSS or other process definition models and approaches
  • Experience coordinating work products to gain comments, feedback and then approval
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Experience with OMB A-123, GRC, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to take requirements and evolve them into processes and procedures
  • Experience developing training artifacts
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Six years of experience in a DoD financial operations office
  • Secret clearance
