About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use tools such as Cortex, ChatGPT and/or other AI, professional networks and market data to map potential clients and generate consistent opportunities;
  • Identify business opportunities within existing accounts or new prospects, ensuring customer retention;
  • Plan and organize regular visits while maintaining a consultative relationship;
  • Conduct an in-depth diagnosis of customer needs (commercial intake);
  • Lead discovery meetings using technique and active listening;
  • Log opportunities in the system (CRM);
  • Balance manufacturer involvement while protecting negotiation margin;
  • Co-create strategic proposals in partnership with the pre-sales team;
  • Conduct proposal presentation meetings with a value-focused approach;
  • Monitor the customer purchasing and negotiation process;
  • Always update and manage the pipeline in the CRM;
  • Handover approved projects/proposals;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and generate new opportunities in post-sales;
  • Comply with defined standards, policies and deadlines according to your roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in technology sales with a focus on Cloud and Services;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Technical knowledge of IT solutions and infrastructure;
  • Strategic use of CRM and prospecting tools;
  • Ability to read and interpret procurement/purchasing processes;
  • B2B consultative selling experience.
