About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use tools such as Cortex, ChatGPT and/or other AI, professional networks and market data to map potential clients and generate consistent opportunities;
- Identify business opportunities within existing accounts or new prospects, ensuring customer retention;
- Plan and organize regular visits while maintaining a consultative relationship;
- Conduct an in-depth diagnosis of customer needs (commercial intake);
- Lead discovery meetings using technique and active listening;
- Log opportunities in the system (CRM);
- Balance manufacturer involvement while protecting negotiation margin;
- Co-create strategic proposals in partnership with the pre-sales team;
- Conduct proposal presentation meetings with a value-focused approach;
- Monitor the customer purchasing and negotiation process;
- Always update and manage the pipeline in the CRM;
- Handover approved projects/proposals;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and generate new opportunities in post-sales;
- Comply with defined standards, policies and deadlines according to your roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in technology sales with a focus on Cloud and Services;
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Technical knowledge of IT solutions and infrastructure;
- Strategic use of CRM and prospecting tools;
- Ability to read and interpret procurement/purchasing processes;
- B2B consultative selling experience.
