About the role

  • Serve as the technical reference for the Elastic Stack, ensuring platform support and ongoing evolution.
  • Implement and configure Elastic APM, and manage log and metrics ingestion (Beats, Logstash, pipelines).
  • Design index modeling, ILM, and data retention policies to ensure performance and governance.
  • Create technical and executive dashboards in Kibana, translating data into strategic insights.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of application performance, infrastructure, and Elastic clusters.
  • Support integrations with Kubernetes, virtualized environments, and cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical support in environments using Dynatrace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • Strong knowledge of the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
  • Experience with index modeling and management.
  • Experience with Elastic APM, including deployment and tuning.
  • Knowledge of ILM (Index Lifecycle Management).
  • Experience with Query DSL and KQL for querying and data analysis.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting on Elastic clusters.
  • Experience with Ingest Pipelines.
  • Experience in high-criticality corporate environments, with a focus on stability, performance, and availability.
