About the role
- We are seeking an Information Security Architect to lead the strategy for security service offerings, supporting the structuring and evolution of the technical team, defining roles and competencies, and monitoring performance indicators for the offering. The role includes tracking market trends, threats, emerging technologies and regulatory requirements to ensure the continuous evolution of the portfolio aligned with business objectives.
- This position is ideal for a strategic and consultative professional who drives the advancement of the security program, supports critical decisions with senior leadership, and contributes to a secure, resilient, and sustainable environment for the company’s growth.
Requirements
- Define the offering strategy, market positioning, competitive differentiators and value proposition of security services;
- Create and maintain delivery models, SLAs, service catalogs, pricing, margins and operational costs;
- Work in an integrated way with commercial, pre-sales, marketing, operations and partners;
- Select, qualify and manage security vendors and strategic partners;
- Support the structuring and development of the technical team, contributing to the definition of roles, competencies, training and certification roadmaps;
- Monitor offering performance indicators (revenue, margin, quality, customer satisfaction, scalability);
- Track market trends, threats, emerging technologies and regulatory requirements, proposing continuous evolution of the portfolio.
