About the role
- Provide Tier II systems and desktop support in an enterprise Windows environment
- Administer and support Windows Server 2022 and legacy server upgrade paths
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and access controls
- Support Windows 10/11 operating systems across desktops and laptops
- Perform system imaging, hardware provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Support and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 / M365 applications
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and secure remote access solutions
- Support and troubleshoot Zscaler and endpoint security tools
- Conduct software installations, testing, and patching
- Assist with vulnerability management and remediation efforts
- Document procedures and collaborate with engineering and security teams
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance
- 7+ years of relevant IT systems administration experience
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022)
- Hands-on experience administering Active Directory
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Tier II support experience in an enterprise setting
- Azure administration
