Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate multiple multifamily renovation and light commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
Drive project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Monitor project budgets, identify potential cost risks and escalate concerns where required.
Coordinate material procurement and track deliveries to minimise project delays.
Manage project schedules and proactively resolve issues that could impact deadlines.
Process and track change orders while ensuring project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Maintain accurate records within the project management system.
Identify project risks early and work with the team to implement practical solutions.
Communicate professionally and confidently with U.S.-based clients, vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years' experience coordinating construction, renovation, light commercial construction or similar construction projects.
Experience working and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers or vendors within the construction industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with project management software (ClickUp experience is advantageous but not essential).
High attention to detail with the ability to follow through and close out tasks.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
