Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in **insurance verification and authorization, EMS operations, dispatch coordination, or medical transportation**
Strong understanding of US healthcare or **insurance-related workflows** and **healthcare transportation**
Exceptional English communication skills
Proven ability to **think critically and resolve complex coordination challenges**
Strong organizational and time management skills
