About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and responding promptly to new candidate applications on Indeed
Conducting screening and placement interviews for specific ABA therapy client cases
Filling new cases within 24–48 hours of receipt
Sending onboarding documentation to successful candidates and following up to ensure timely return
Coordinating background checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Handing completed cases off to the onshore staffing department with all relevant information
Proactively sourcing fresh candidates on LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Maintaining accurate records across internal systems including ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams
Communicating professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the full recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a warm and professional phone manner
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail — able to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-urgency, fast-paced environment
A patient, pleasant, people-focused personality that builds rapport with candidates easily
Comfortable with basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook
Self-driven and proactive — able to manage your own workload and meet tight turnaround times without constant oversight
Strong head hunter mindset
Background or exposure to ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field
Previous experience using ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS or project management tools
Familiarity with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
