About the role
- Research and identify B2B prospects within the U.S. healthcare space
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Contribute to building and refining lead generation processes and workflows
- Maintain accurate and organised records of leads and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align outreach efforts
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional, polished, and confident communication style
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a less structured environment and proactively building processes
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Nice to Have:
- Experience targeting U.S.-based clients
- Exposure to healthcare or SaaS environments
- Previous LinkedIn outreach or prospecting experience
