About the role
- Monitor and track expiring client assessments.
- Coordinate with BCBAs to schedule and complete reassessments.
- Submit documentation to insurance providers to obtain authorizations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide administrative and virtual assistant support as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist supervisors with additional operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to ABA therapy environments.
- Medical or healthcare administration background.
- Familiarity with US health insurance processes (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
- Comfortable working with electronic systems and able to learn new computer programs quickly.
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
