About the role
- Enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures with 100% accuracy
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies while following audit and documentation standards
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and data privacy regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to clarify documentation
Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
- Good working knowledge with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Tools
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be residing within Greater Manila Area
- Amenable working night shift
