About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an advisor and hands-on partner to leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Shape the employee lifecycle, including performance management and leadership coaching.
  • Provide real-time problem-solving for management challenges.
  • Support managers in identifying performance gaps and executing the Performance Review cycle.
  • Partner in designing leadership development programs and managing external training vendors.
  • Lead Employee Experience Surveys, translate data into reports and actionable strategies.
  • Drive action planning process for Employee Experience Survey feedback.
  • Serve as the primary mediator for interpersonal conflicts and lead workplace investigations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a dedicated HRBP or equivalent role.
  • People-First Advocate: You lead with empathy and intuition.
  • Coaching Prowess: Proven track record of influencing and coaching first-time and mid-level managers.
  • Employee Relations Expert: Extensive experience managing a full range of workplace dynamics.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with HRIS and anecdotal data.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Influencer: Experience working directly with leaders to influence organizational structure and behavior.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage large-scale processes like annual performance reviews.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
