- Partecipazione da remoto a meeting di progetto;
- Analisi delle Quantità;
- Valutazione delle Construction Manhours;
- Constructability Report;
- Individuazione delle sequenze di costruzione e definizione della Basic Construction Schedule;
- Identificazione delle aree necessarie per le TCF, accesso viabilità e raggiungimento aree di lavoro;
- Identificazione dei Critical e Heavy Lift;
- Elenchi prezzi;
- Definizione del Mechanical Completion Plan;
- Specifiche di appalto per disciplina;
- Follow up alla Documentazione prodotta.
Requirements
- Almeno 15 anni di esperienza nel settore delle costruzione, di cui almeno 5 nel settore Oil&Gas.
- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza come Contruction Manager.
- Competenze nel Construction management in fase pre-esecuzione, tra cui: studi di costruibilità, valutazione delle quantità/costi/manhour, definizione dei piani e schedule di costruzione, etc.
