About the role

  • Anchor ‘ISS Way of Selling’, a standardized global set of sales processes that provides an efficient commercial ecosystem and frames the sales execution process
  • Drive adoption of the ISS Sales Process, enabling transparent, data-driven, and proactive interactions between our sales teams and our customers, enforcing a customer driven approach
  • Support the Commercial Capabilities Development processes going across onboarding, competencies development and Commercial Academy
  • Implement and drive the continuous improvement of the already launched tools, systems and processes required to build effective sales teams in countries and globally
  • Drive continuous adoption, usage, and development of our CRM platform in close coordination with the sales & commercial managers to drive viability and insights derived from our CRM platform and to enable enhanced sales performance
  • Constantly scanning the ISS global commercial team for best-in-class tools, recommend standardization and adoption through bringing the best of ISS to be shared across the global organization

Requirements

  • Solid sales experience - has held positions within sales, account management and/or sales operations in a global B2B environment (3+ years)
  • Proven track record of driving improvement projects and initiatives beyond scope of initial role
  • Experience in working within matrix organizations, with high cross functional collaboration abilities
  • Project management capabilities, able to orchestrate the timely delivery of outcomes – possibly for different projects simultaneously
  • Be analytical and structured.
