About the role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and performant web applications and services
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in software development best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving
- Architect complex systems and define technical roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, Front-End, and SRE teams
- Take ownership of key technical initiatives and manage their full lifecycle
- Establish and enforce code quality standards, best practices, and a culture of technical excellence
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Anticipate and address technical debt and architectural bottlenecks
Requirements
- 8+ years of server-side web development experience
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
- Expert-level knowledge of full-cycle web development, software design, and system architecture
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume systems
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
