About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage daily task-based Zendesk ticket queue with guaranteed response and resolution times
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high-velocity throughput across diverse tasks
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and replicate complex UI bugs and data discrepancies
- Monitor platform health and lead incident communications with clients
- Collaborate closely with iSpot’s Solutions, Content Ops, and Engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with Zendesk platform for ticket management
- Practical experience or education in coding/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, data verification, and API usage
- Strong analytical storytelling and numerical reasoning skills
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts clearly
