About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage daily task-based Zendesk ticket queue with guaranteed response and resolution times
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high-velocity throughput across diverse tasks
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and replicate complex UI bugs and data discrepancies
  • Monitor platform health and lead incident communications with clients
  • Collaborate closely with iSpot’s Solutions, Content Ops, and Engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience with Zendesk platform for ticket management
  • Practical experience or education in coding/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, data verification, and API usage
  • Strong analytical storytelling and numerical reasoning skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts clearly
