About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and coach consultants
Directly manage up to five consultants
Balance leadership responsibilities with a personal book of consulting business
Own team prioritization, scheduling, capacity planning, and forecasting accuracy
Drive strategic planning, business reviews, budgeting for the team's assigned book of business
Serve as a strong client advocate
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Account Management, Security, Support Desk, Product, and Project teams
Collaborate with account management and sales teams
Review and approve time entries and expenses
Provide oversight into complex consulting engagements
Contribute to the development of consulting standards
Participate in management training and ongoing leadership development
Perform other duties as assigned in support of client outcomes and team success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in consulting or engineering roles with depth in infrastructure, cloud, automation, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security.
Valid driver’s license with insurance.
Some local travel to and from clients is required.
