Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders
Lead the toughest, highest-visibility projects in the portfolio
Act as a consultative partner to clients by anticipating problems, guiding decisions, and protecting outcomes
Set and enforce delivery standards, processes, tooling, and artifacts
Mentor and develop other project managers and delivery team members
Serve as a subject-matter expert and model effective project management
Manage billable/utilization targets while balancing several clients
Shape delivery practices and bring structure to ambiguous situations

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery
6 years running multiple concurrent client engagements
Demonstrated success leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful outcomes
Strong command of traditional and agile delivery
Experience with backlog management, iteration planning, and product-owner collaboration
Fluency with Jira and Confluence
Track record of following and enforcing standard delivery processes
Comfort working in a lean, fast-changing environment and building missing structure
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or comparable agile credential
Preferred: Atlassian accreditations, including Jira, Confluence, and relevant technical accreditations
Preferred: Relevant AI-delivery or tooling accreditations
