About the role
- Lead partner marketing initiatives, coordinating joint marketing plans with partners.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital advertising, ABM, webinars, events, content syndication, email), generating quality leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing Program Manager for timelines and budgets.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking with Marketing Operations Manager.
- Create partner-aligned messaging and content (newsletters, videos, case studies, solution briefs, email copy).
- Support sales enablement tools and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide marketing strategy input with data and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience for a professional services company, with at least 1–2 years working in a partner ecosystem (Atlassian experience preferred).
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring performance.
- Solid understanding of partner marketing, co-marketing, and demand generation strategies.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
