Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the entire cloud application implementation & support lifecycle
Manage Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Absence Management and Core HR Modules
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them
Document all the business processes in each module
Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud application
Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process
Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications
Oracle Cloud HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
Experience in at least three or more Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support projects
Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support.
Should have basic understanding BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
