About the role
- Administering and maintaining our Windows-based servers
- Handling inquiries via email and telephone
- Independently resolving technical customer issues in collaboration with our team
- Testing and applying security updates and new software releases
- Implementing requirements set by Support and company management
- Diagnosing hardware faults
- Network monitoring
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), IT Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience is desirable
- Solid knowledge of networking, Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- High degree of initiative, teamwork skills and motivation
