About the role
- Administration and maintenance of our Windows-based servers
- Handling inquiries via email and phone
- Independently resolving technical customer issues in collaboration with our team
- Testing/applying security updates and new software versions
- Implementing directives from support and management
- Diagnosing hardware faults
- Network monitoring
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT technician, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of networking, Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility and reliability
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- High degree of initiative, teamwork and motivation
