Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy aligned with the company's marketing and sales objectives.
Create event and demand programs that effectively reach and generate demand with target audiences critical to Island’s success.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and impact on pipeline and revenue, including sales, legal, finance, and marketing operations.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, including trade shows, industry & executive conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and hospitality events.
Work with partner organizations to plan and execute joint events.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met, such as venue selection, executive speaker selection, booth design, collateral production, and staffing.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on event performance and ROI.
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize brand exposure through events.
Collaborate with the brand and product marketing teams to create compelling offers that effectively drive engagement and quality leads for the sales teams.
Work across functions in the marketing team to leverage various marketing channels, including social media, paid media, email marketing, out-of-home (OOH), advertising, direct mail, and content marketing, to drive pipeline in new accounts.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry community leaders, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize impact from events and demand programs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align event strategies to account targeting, lead generation, and sales goals.
Act as a brand ambassador during events, representing the company and building strong relationships with attendees.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles within the technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of event types, including trade shows and conferences, executive events, and social/hospitality events.
Strong project management skills, demonstrating success in managing multiple events simultaneously and meeting deadlines, managing budgets, contracts and payments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in lead management and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure event success and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
