About the role

  • Research target accounts, contacts, and industry verticals
  • Build outbound prospecting lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
  • Support initial outreach efforts, including emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
  • Qualify inbound and partner-sourced leads against target criteria
  • Schedule intro and discovery calls with the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM
  • Assist in creating decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates
  • Support follow-ups after meetings with clear notes and action items
  • Track partner referrals and opportunities across the ecosystem
  • Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports and provide insights on outreach performance

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles (experience in technology, SaaS, or supply chain/logistics is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
