About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Perform M365 Intune device management, including enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration rollouts
Support cloud setup tasks such as creating client sites, organizations, and initial configurations within Microsoft cloud platforms
Provide assistance in cloud migration projects with a basic understanding of migration workflows and best practices
Participate in technical client onboarding, including device rollouts and environment setup
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical guides to ensure consistency and repeatability
Communicate effectively with clients, provide progress updates, and collaborate with project managers and senior engineers
Apply a basic understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) principles to client environments where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Intune, SharePoint, and Entra ID
Understanding of device enrollment processes and troubleshooting in M365/Azure
Exposure to or understanding of cloud setup and migration concepts
Ability to create clear and accurate documentation and SOPs
Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Proficiency with basic PowerShell scripting
Strong client-facing communication skills
Proactive, initiative-taking mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies
Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a technical team
Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple client tasks
