Sales Engineer

• Partner with Sales Executives to guide discovery sessions, assess opportunity pain points, and recommend solutions for IT, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate on technical proposals by providing insights and creating solution outlines that meet client needs and align with ISI’s offerings.
• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor for clients, explaining the technical aspects of ISI’s solutions and addressing client questions.
• Work closely with both sales and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project handoffs post-sale.
• Assist in documenting technical requirements and reporting on discovery findings to ensure a streamlined handoff to operations.
