Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration and IT modernization projects, focusing on GCC and GCC High environments to ensure federal compliance
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedules while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task management
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, escalating critical issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP) and DoD/federal agency requirements related to GCC and GCC High
• Oversee implementation of cloud migration tools (e.g., AvePoint Fly Migration Tool) and migrations of email, SharePoint, and services to GCC/GCC High
• Provide guidance on deployment and management of SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office 365 within GCC/GCC High
• Manage and support the transition to GCC/GCC High, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance during migration
• Lead project documentation efforts, including reports, governance documentation, and change management plans
• Support process improvements and contribute to PMO best practices for secure cloud adoption and compliance management

Compliance

• Work directly with IsI Enterprises client stakeholders throughout their onboarding and compliance gap assessment
• Lead and manage a team of analysts through NIST 800-171a gap assessment and remediation projects
• Review client environments and collect evidence to determine the satisfaction of CMMC/NIST controls
• Assist clients in the formulation of a compliant set of policies and procedures
• Complete documentation required for a compliance assessment (Network Design Documents, Software Whitelist, etc)
• Recommend solutions to remediate identified gaps in compliance
• Work directly with our Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Support departments to ensure all configurations are completed and tested in a compliant manner
• Generate POAM’s (Plan of Action and Milestone) documents for the remediation of found gaps
• Generate SSP (System Security Plan) documents to reflect deployed tools and assessment results
• Interface directly with C3PAO auditors during CMMC Level 2 Audits
