About the role
- Developing high-availability concepts for ISGUS products offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Hosting ISGUS products in the data center and performing updates and security patches
- Monitoring data center components and ensuring guaranteed availability
- Informing sales partners and customers about functional limitations and system availability issues in the data center
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, training as an IT specialist in system integration, or equivalent qualification
- General IT knowledge (Linux and MS Windows operating systems, MS SQL and MongoDB databases)
- Prior experience with time management/time-tracking systems is a plus
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes)
