About the role

  • Lead the transition from SMB-focused sales to mid-market and Enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Lead, hire, coach, and scale high-performing inside sales teams
  • Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
  • Own new logo acquisition and overall revenue growth
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to support retention, renewals, and expansion
  • Work closely with Business Development to expand pipeline and strategic opportunities
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes from lead qualification through close

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling a sales organization from SMB to Enterprise
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value B2B solutions with longer sales cycles
  • Experience leading inside sales teams focused on outbound and inbound new business
  • Strong background working with or alongside Customer Success and Business Development teams
  • Track record of building a predictable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or GRC sales is a strong plus
