About the role
- Lead the transition from SMB-focused sales to mid-market and Enterprise customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Lead, hire, coach, and scale high-performing inside sales teams
- Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and forecasting discipline
- Own new logo acquisition and overall revenue growth
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to support retention, renewals, and expansion
- Work closely with Business Development to expand pipeline and strategic opportunities
- Build and refine scalable sales processes from lead qualification through close
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a sales organization from SMB to Enterprise
- Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value B2B solutions with longer sales cycles
- Experience leading inside sales teams focused on outbound and inbound new business
- Strong background working with or alongside Customer Success and Business Development teams
- Track record of building a predictable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or GRC sales is a strong plus
