About the role

  • Create and publish high-quality social media content aligned with Insight Assurance’s brand voice and compliance-focused B2B audience.
  • Develop written copy, basic graphics, and visual assets using Canva (video assets provided by the Multimedia Coordinator).
  • Adapt long-form content (blogs, webinars, case studies) into concise, social-ready formats.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, partner initiatives, and resource launches.
  • Own and maintain the social media content calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external review cycles to ensure accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Schedule content using publishing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Work closely with the agency to align on timelines, deliverables, and content optimization.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, SMEs, and Partners to gather insights and validate content accuracy.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives by creating and coordinating joint social assets.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding messaging and upcoming campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Conduct social listening to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and share monthly insights with the Senior Marketing Manager to inform strategy and optimization.
  • Use project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar) to manage tasks and workflows.
  • Use Canva to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Use HubSpot or equivalent platforms for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B social media management (tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or compliance is a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills (writing, editing, clarity, and tone).
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social media calendars end-to-end.
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with social scheduling tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Comfortable working with multimedia assets (graphics, videos, templates).
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience supporting partner co-marketing programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting (preferred).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, or willingness to learn quickly (preferred).
