About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce world-class client reports that meet rigorous quality standards through efficient research and data application.
- Ensure comprehensive data coverage, adhering to strict style and formatting requirements while performing self-quality checks (QC) to ensure error-free deliverables.
- Consistently meet both internal and client deadlines, proactively managing workflow to avoid preventable delays.
- Find faster ways to cover data and provide critical feedback on data health to improve system accuracy.
- Work closely with Research Managers and cross-functional teams, acting with integrity and professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or postgraduate degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, or related Social Sciences.
- Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to write and edit effectively in Business English.
- 1–2 years of experience in research with a strong grasp of socio-political-economic current events.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and modern data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive under tight deadlines.
