About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning formats
Develop and implement practical learning concepts
Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts
Direct the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats
Manage and optimize LMS and related learning technologies and AI features
Act as quality gatekeeper for ISCC Academy’s offerings
Translate customer feedback into learning objectives
Ensure professional documentation of learning objectives, participation, and evaluation
Maintain clear SOPs for digital learning and online event workflows
Define and monitor KPIs, evaluating training impact
Continuously challenge and improve learning architecture
Serve as the primary expert for digital learning technologies and pedagogical approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree (Master) in event- or project management, business administration, education technology, communication or another related field
At least 4 years professional experience
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in business events, digital education, adult education, corporate learning and/or e-learning environments
At least 1 year in a leadership or strategy role
Proven experience in planning and delivering online formats such as training courses
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
Confident managing digital platforms, databases and tools (e.g. LMS, Articulate Rise, Zoom, Slido, WordPress)
Proficiency with Mac and MS Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook); strong general IT affinity
Preferred: basic video editing skills and familiarity with video production processes
