About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the Sales Training and Education strategy
- Set up, prepare for, and facilitate assigned sales courses
- Ensure all sales colleagues are trained to the highest standards
- Coach sales managers on external and internal sales processes
- Bridge gaps between sales and other departments
- Facilitate communication within the sales enablement team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree in relevant field required
- 7+ years of relevant experience including 5+ Years of Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional language skills are desirable
- Strong WebEx skills (Training Center, Meeting Center)
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, namely PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of business and sales leadership practices
- 2-3 Years Sales Management experience
- 3+ Years as a dedicated Sales Trainer is desirable
