About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the Sales Training and Education strategy
  • Set up, prepare for, and facilitate assigned sales courses
  • Ensure all sales colleagues are trained to the highest standards
  • Coach sales managers on external and internal sales processes
  • Bridge gaps between sales and other departments
  • Facilitate communication within the sales enablement team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience including 5+ Years of Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional language skills are desirable
  • Strong WebEx skills (Training Center, Meeting Center)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, namely PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of business and sales leadership practices
  • 2-3 Years Sales Management experience
  • 3+ Years as a dedicated Sales Trainer is desirable
