Provide quality, cost effective ISC2 Sales Learning and Development curriculum to assigned region and participate in planning of course curriculum
Partner with sales leaders and ISC2 Learning and Development on initiatives that have an ISC2 Sales learning and development component or impact
Develop the Sales Training and Education strategy supporting ISC2 business and regional requirements
Set up, prepare for, and facilitate assigned sales courses from the sales course curriculum, ensuring excellent quality learning experience and application of program concepts
Ensure all sales colleagues, both new and existing, are trained to ISC2 sales excellence standards
Contribute to development of a detailed induction course for new sales recruits with supporting manuals including common sales processes such as forecasting
Assist supervisors/managers/sales support with transition of new recruits onto the sales floor and plan ongoing development needs
Coach sales managers on external and internal sales processes
Consult with regional sales leaders and the corporate sales training team about special projects or external consulting needs
Deliver classroom, e-learning, and blended training in the region; deliver internal sales process methodologies and selected external methodologies such as Miller Heiman
Contribute to overall sales training curriculum design and colleague interpersonal skills programming
Interpret sales skills assessments and review results with individuals and managers; actively participate in follow-up activities
Review effectiveness of sales training provision, suggest revisions, and design presentations and short courses for project work
Enable knowledge sharing and cooperation between sales enablement and other internal teams; bridge gaps between sales and marketing, product, and customer support
Facilitate communication within the sales enablement team and keep stakeholders informed about initiatives
Complete train-the-trainer external sales training and become certified to facilitate ISC2-presented courses

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in relevant field required
Certification on sales methodologies and skills a plus
7+ years of relevant experience including 5+ Years of Sales experience
2-3 Years Sales Management experience
3+ Years as a dedicated Sales Trainer is desirable
Strong WebEx skills (Training Center, Meeting Center)
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, namely PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional language skills are desirable
Excellent facilitation skills, both virtual and face-to-face
Good knowledge of business and sales leadership practices with ability to apply in classroom and consulting settings
Good project management skills
Good instructional design knowledge
Understanding of sales skills assessments, 360 assessments, and soft skills assessments
Ability to create a good first impression and win the respect and trust of sales personnel
Excellent cultural awareness and relationship skills
Able to easily multi-task and prioritize a variety of projects and responsibilities
Demonstrable application of the ISC2 values and competencies
Up to 50% travel required; travel requirements are variable and may be at short notice
Ability to work extended hours when necessary
Ability to lift and move boxes of training materials that may weigh up to 30 pounds
Ability to work at an easel during facilitation of sales training workshops
Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens
