• Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive culture, employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
• Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Lead projects related to talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, retention strategies, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with Learning and Development to champion professional development programs and foster continuous learning and growth.
• Develop and implement performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale, recommending solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
• Develop and refine HR processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance across the organization.
• Oversee execution of HR projects with attention to timelines, budget, and quality.
• Assist with talent management activities as needed and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Report to the Human Resources leader and partner with leadership and employees at all levels.
