Lead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements for high-impact, complex initiatives
Serve as a liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle
Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure business needs are reflected in technical designs
Work closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders to ensure all scenarios are properly tested, defects are resolved, and the delivered solution meets business expectations and quality standards
Deliver various project related artifacts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and assist the Software Quality Team to ensure requirements translate into test cases
Assist in triaging defects and bugs related to assigned projects in a timely manner considering project timelines
Contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews and develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the IT team
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong knowledge of both business operations and IT systems
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Able to assess and articulate the impact of business decisions across organizational departments
Demonstrated ability to lead with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under uncertainty
Able to comfortably operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent priorities

Must understand the defect management and resolution process
Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider 8+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments
Proven experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and working within cross-functional scrum teams
Prior knowledge/hands on experience using JIRA and Confluence preferred
Prior experience with Salesforce Platform is preferred
Must have experience operating in Agile SDLC; knowledge of Waterfall is a plus
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Good knowledge of process flow charting tools like Visio/LucidChart
