About the role
- Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle from development through delivery
- Build and optimize frameworks, processes, and cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to various departments
- Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the product operations team
- Champion effective communication and collaboration
- Define and implement scalable processes for product setup, maintenance, and sunsetting
- Establish and oversee quality assurance standards
- Act as the primary operational liaison across departments
- Evaluate and implement tools to enhance product operations efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management
- 6–8 years of experience
- 2–3 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Background in data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with product management, operations management, pricing management, data analytics, and project management
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Product Management preferred
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Experience managing operations at an association or learning, content, or service product management organization preferred
- Experience working in an agile environment preferred
