About the role
- Support tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with market research to identify global trends in cybersecurity, risk, audit, governance, or privacy credentialing and career development
- Help make sense of customer feedback gathered through surveys, interviews, or usability testing
- Support competitive analysis by summarizing product features, pricing, or market opportunities
- Help maintain product documentation such as user requirements and roadmaps
- Support end-to-end user acceptance testing for products in development
- Help coordinate small tasks across teams to support product launches or improvements
- Join team meetings and take notes, track action items, and help with follow‑up
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Information Systems Management, Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) / User Experience (UX), Learning Science / Instructional Design
- Strong verbal communication
