About the role

  • Responsible for product lifecycle management and process improvement of ISACA’s globally recognized certification and exam products.
  • Supporting customer experience through the certification and renewal process.
  • Defining business and functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
  • Supporting the lifecycle management of assigned products.
  • Monitoring market performance.
  • Creating success metrics to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Works cross-functionally internally and externally to represent the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, product management, technology or related discipline from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in customer service, sales, product management, product development, or product marketing.
  • Familiarity with process improvement, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
  • Knowledge of product management tools (i.e. Jira, product plan or Trello)
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience data analysis.
  • Experience with technology-focused B2B and B2C product lines.
