About the role
- Responsible for product lifecycle management and process improvement of ISACA’s globally recognized certification and exam products.
- Supporting customer experience through the certification and renewal process.
- Defining business and functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Supporting the lifecycle management of assigned products.
- Monitoring market performance.
- Creating success metrics to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Works cross-functionally internally and externally to represent the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, product management, technology or related discipline from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, program coordination, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, product management, product development, or product marketing.
- Familiarity with process improvement, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
- Knowledge of product management tools (i.e. Jira, product plan or Trello)
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience data analysis.
- Experience with technology-focused B2B and B2C product lines.
