Partner with multidisciplinary therapists and collaborating neurologists to support patients and their families during their brain health journey
Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability

Work collaboratively with other brain health care partners at Isaac Health to ensure the most beneficial level of treatment for our patients
Requirements
Nurse practitioner licensed and in good standing in at least Florida; multiple state licenses preferred
Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
American Board of Neuroscience Nursing certification (SCRN, CNRN) preferred
Strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with cognitive-behavioral disorders
Alzheimer's disease and related disorders experience and a minimum of 2+ years’ experience
Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
Knowledgeable in crisis response
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.);
able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
