Requirements

A mid-career software engineer, with strong backend skills, looking to advance over time to team leadership
Able to independently identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
Nice to Have: Experience with mobile dev, either Swift/Kotlin or React Native
Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
Nice to Have: Exposure to relational databases, .NET, and event-driven architecture
