About the role
- Increase patient engagement and retention through compassionate outreach.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact to ongoing care.
- Performance Metrics: Conversion rate of initial inquiries to active patients, number of new patients onboarded per month, patient satisfaction scores from feedback surveys, reduction in patient drop-off rates during the initial consultation phase.
- Outreach to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain Isaac Health’s services and offerings.
- Assist patients with technology and other general questions.
Requirements

- Experienced: You understand how to navigate in a healthcare environment, including talking to fellow medical professionals, handling sensitive data, coordinating labs/imaging appointments, and collecting relevant patient information.
- Experience with people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s preferred.
- Equipped for Remote Work: Able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards (SOC2).
- Tech Savvy: You know how to troubleshoot your own system and can help others with issues if they arise.
- Independent: You thrive in a remote environment!
