About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Workforce Planning cycle with business areas, aligning people needs with corporate strategy
Build analyses of capacity, productivity and organizational efficiency
Develop scenarios and recommendations to optimize the workforce
Conduct studies to create, review and redesign organizational structures
Assess organization models, including span of control, layers, seniority and activity distribution
Propose structural adjustments based on data, benchmarking and strategic guidelines
Manage the company’s position framework in SAP, ensuring adherence to the approved plan
Ensure correct updates of the organizational structure in corporate systems
Monitor structural indicators such as headcount, vacancy, turnover and productivity
Act as a strategic partner to leaders in organizational decision-making
Conduct interviews and diagnostics with areas to identify needs and challenges
Lead or participate in organizational transformation initiatives
Prepare executive presentations with recommendations and impact analyses of proposed changes
Perform cross-functional analyses, such as integrations, synergies and restructurings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related fields
Solid experience in organization design and structural studies
Strong knowledge in Workforce Planning, including headcount planning and capacity planning
Knowledge of organizational modeling: span of control, layers and shaping
Familiarity with workforce strategic planning methodologies and organizational efficiency models
Advanced analytical capability for building scenarios and simulations
Experience defining and analyzing productivity, cost, efficiency and other indicators
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and productivity/management platforms
Experience using AI tools, including analytics tools and agents
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus
Intermediate Spanish is a plus
