Senior Procurement Planning Analyst, PwD, INSS Rehabilitated

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a transformation agent in Procurement Planning - Procurement, leading continuous improvement initiatives, strategic projects (PMO) and governance of processes and systems, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and support for the company’s strategic decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. PMO and Project Leadership in Procurement
- - Act as Procurement PMO, ensuring structure, governance and monitoring of the project portfolio.
- - Lead strategic initiatives (e.g., REQ2PAY, automations, system improvements).
- - Monitor schedules, risks, KPIs and deliverables, providing executive reporting.
- 2. Innovation and Intelligence in Procurement
- - Centralize, capture and disseminate innovation initiatives within the Procurement directorate.
- - Promote benchmarking and adoption of market best practices.
- - Serve as a liaison with internal areas and corporate teams for the evolution of processes and tools.
- 3. Compliance and Governance
- - Ensure adherence to internal regulations and corporate procurement guidelines.
- - Work to mitigate operational and compliance risks in procurement processes.
- - Support process standardization and documentation.
- 4. Audits (SOX, Internal and External)
- - Lead and coordinate responses to audits (SOX, internal and external).
- - Consolidate evidence, address requests and support action plans.
- - Drive continuous improvement of controls and efficiency of auditable processes.
- 5. Continuous Improvement and Processes
- - Map, review and optimize purchasing processes.
- - Implement automations and improvements focused on efficiency and reduction of rework.
- - Develop controls and management indicators.
- 6. Training and Onboarding
- - Develop and deliver training on procurement processes, systems and metrics for Procurement and Requesting Areas.
- - Structure onboarding paths for new employees in the Directorate.
- - Disseminate best practices and strengthen the team’s governance and knowledge.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Procurement, Purchasing Planning or Process Management.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- - SAP (preferably SAP MM)
- - SAP Ariba
- - Excel (advanced)
- - PowerPoint (executive)
- Experience with:
- - Project management (PMO)
- - Continuous improvement and process automation
- - Audits and internal controls (SOX is a plus)
- Behavioral Competencies
- - Analytical and results-oriented profile
- - Ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- - Clear communication (including for training and interactions with other areas)
- - Organization and attention to detail (especially for audits and controls)
- - Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset
- Differentiators
- - Experience as a SAP Key User
- - Experience in digital transformation in Procurement (e.g., REQ2PAY, automations)
- - Knowledge of procurement metrics and analytics.
