Senior Organizational Effectiveness Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the lifecycle of normative documents (policies, standards, procedures), ensuring control, updates and publication in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Administer approval flows and authorization levels, ensuring governance and traceability of decisions.
- Ensure document management processes comply with internal requirements, regulatory obligations and SOX controls.
- Provide support for and respond to internal and external audits, preparing evidence, monitoring non-conformities and action plans.
- Map, model and update organizational processes using tools such as Blueworks Live and Visio.
- Develop flowcharts and supporting materials to standardize and communicate processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and follow-up on results.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects, including corporate demands originating from the parent company.
- Facilitate workshops and interactions with multidisciplinary teams for process redesign and improvement.
- Promote continuous improvement practices and agile methodologies within the organization.
- Act as an interface with internal areas (IT, Compliance, Controllership, among others) to advance systems and processes.
- Prepare technical specifications for contracting specialized services when necessary.
- Communicate and make documents and processes available to the entire organization, ensuring transparency and access to information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge of process mapping
- Knowledge of document management (policies, procedures and work instructions)
- Experience with audits (internal and external – ISO, SOX)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, BPMN)
